If you are not satisfied with our services within this period, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

Quick Summary: Request a refund within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of work completed.

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial payment.
  • No significant work has been delivered or approved by you (e.g., manuscript drafts, cover design concepts, edited chapters).

Partial Refunds

After the 7-day window, partial refunds may be issued based on the percentage of work not yet completed. The following deductions apply:

  • If ghostwriting has begun — up to 30% of the package cost may be non-refundable.
  • If editing or proofreading is in progress — up to 25% may be non-refundable.
  • If cover design concepts have been delivered — up to 20% may be non-refundable.
  • If the book has been submitted for distribution — no refund is available for that service.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once work has commenced or been delivered:

  • ISBN registration and copyright filing fees
  • Audiobook production (once recording has started)
  • Book distribution and listing fees
  • Rush or expedited processing fees
  • Marketing campaigns that have already launched
